Funny. I've been to Vegas six times, this is the 7th, but this is the first time I've been to the Vegas Airport. You gotta laugh at seeing the slots as soon as you deboard

Points for being allowed to walk around the airport with beer (waiting for my bud from NJ to get in)

 

I always forget that the Vegas airport has a Shake Shack, but every time I fly through I remember and it makes me so happy.

Yeah. I ran the rock n roll marathon which shuts down the strip and the same weekend was the rodeo and some tech convention was wrapping up.

SoCo fucking ruled. Set was unreal, band sounded great. Crowd had negative juice though, only detractor.

 

I’ve seen a dozen Blink shirts at the airport and not a single Green Day one. #wrongheadliner! Haha

 

This is probably how Green Day kept their headlining status.

that was one consistent criticism I saw from people from both wwwy last year and sick new world is that it took forever for them to get GA inside the venue.

 

Such an easily avoidable issue and yet fests keep making us listen to the opening bands from the entrance line. Big mad as a fenix tx guy

 

I had this same issue with Aftershock this year. Doors opened at 12, so I completely missed SeeYouSpaceCowboys 1220 set. Infuriating

 

I remember warped tour being like that too. Unless you get there early, you usually miss the first band because the music starts almost immediately after doors open. Kinda makes sense, but also kinda sucks when you want to see the opener.

they should have put Ekkstacy first, whoever that is. Haha.

 

So relieved that the wind gusts are only 4 mph, compared to last year’s which were gusts of 50 mph… that suckedddd

 

I always donated a can or $10 to get early entry every year I went. In 2016 I was able to get barricade for LTJ and Sum 41 because of it
