I have no idea where this will end up on my year end list. I can't pretend it's the best album I've heard this year (and I never expected it to be), but the excitement surrounding it, all the subjective personal feelings about Blink and what they've meant to me for my entire life, and the fact that it's a far better Blink-182 record than I ever, ever could have imagined from them at this point in their career makes ranking truly meaningless. I'm truly and utterly hyped as shit on it.

I just decided I'm going to buy the CD when I go to pick up Mario. This will be the first album I've ever owned on vinyl, cassette, and CD. (Also my first CD purchase since MBDTF).

The album is a lot better when you skip around lol I think my problem was that the Mark heavy songs were pushed to the second side. BUT!!!! This happens on Dude Ranch too. So we will see. I like this a lot more than self titled. But that’s not saying much because I HATED that album for awhile. And it took me a literal year before I finished the last song.

I think if Bad News was where Terrified is I wouldn’t have been so negative initially.

 

What if I'm not like the otherrrssss.

 

Would it be too much to ask for a documentary about the making of this album?

 

Your journey to discovery and friendship because of this band isn’t too dissimilar to mine (and I’m sure plenty of others) - I think that’s blink 182 - it’s friendship ride or die type music

I haven’t spoken to my two best friends from HS in years but I texted both today because of this alum because of this band and the memories we shared over them
