My wife came home and I was sitting on the floor in front of my vinyl speakers listening to the record and she was like, “I thought you were saving it for tomorrow?!”

I heard the postman stop by and immediately grabbed my record mailer and it was popped on IMMEDIATELY

 

Had an older cousin who worked at Kmart and he was able to grab all 5 one day before the store opened for me when they finally got them back in stock after months of being sold out.

 

When it comes to Power Rangers toys, I had practically everything from the Mighty Morphin era haha. Still have it all in storage somewhere.

 

Depending on condition, some of that could be worth a lot. Might be worth looking into if you're looking to make some dough and willing to part ways with it.

 

NME review is weird. How can you listen to this album and think there’s not variety?

 

The issue is, however, that it’s perhaps lacking in variety. Although the rocket-fueled, lightning-paced ‘More Than You Know’ and the gently atmospheric closer ‘Childhood’ do offer changes in pace, there’s only really subtle things differentiating many of these songs from each other. Sometimes, the hooks aren’t as strong as they could be, meaning that certain tracks, especially in the album’s second half, aren’t exactly begging to be remembered

 

For how much I played with them as a kid most of it is still in pretty good condition. Maybe some minor sticker peel on some of the zords, and I remember the pterodactyl is missing a wing though.

 

Still gotta give the album a listen. Haven't been home much today and now the Sabres are playing lol

I wish I had a CD player to support these guys. What do I do? Buy their album and throw it in the trash? Even my new car doesn't have a CD player haha. Same with my 2014 MacBook pro.

I mean, I do pay for my streaming service that I will endlessly play it on.

 

That is a strange review from NME. Almost as if they only listened to the singles and not the full album. The variety on this album is clearly evident. I'm okay if someone doesn't like the album, but that argument doesn't work here.

 

I mean of course they are, but that’s not really a fair comparison. It’s easily the best thing the band has done since 2005 in any iteration.
