I know you're referring to Blink with that but... Mannequin Pussy opening for Green Day feels like a thing that could actually happen and would be legit awesome.

I went to the MA date on that tour and it was truly an epic weekend for me. My brother wound up meeting the band by sheer happenstance and got me a baseball signed by Billie and Tre. Seeing Green Day with JEW and Against Me! made the whole evening all the better. And just... Yeah. It was great.

That's a wild story about the Jingle Ball! I know 1994 was a different era but there's no way in hell the local stations by me were gonna book Green Day, Hole, or Weezer for any festival bills at any point. LOL

 

30STM would be frothing at the mouth to join this tour, especially given those two dudes gross penchant to date barely legal girls combined with the exposure and Jared Leto getting to do his Jesus moves in baseball stadiums.

Got reallll excited at Restorations as support, then I remembered I have Bear VS Shark that night in Michigan.

Which I suppose I shouldn't be complaining about...

 

No way I can do another show that week, and I don't even like The Lawrence Arms that much, but I really want to see Restorations. Hmm...

I really want to see Flatliners the next weekend after Larry Arms/Restos, but with a work trip prior to that and Menz the Saturday before that I’m gonna have to be choosy. I have no clue when Restos will tour again so might have to go for them

 

I’ve still never heard a Bad Bunny song, but wasn’t he in stadiums his last tour? I recall them all selling out as well. Interesting to see him in arenas this go around.

The green day Vegas show tonight sold out in 13 min

 

It took THAT long? Must have only let one person at a time buy tickets.

 

It was prolly faster but 10:13 local time was when the ticket page updated saying it was sold out. There was over 10k people in the queue at one point and it moved pretty fast

 

I’m at a standing room jazz show tonight and I’ve been standing for 45 minutes so far and I already want to sit down, ugh (I’m 37)

 

Emmure, 30 Seconds To Mars, Blink-182 tour please

 

Nobody will be prepared for the pit when emmure drops the “I wanna watch you suck his dick” line.

 

I know the joke of it is holy shit this song is cringe I can't believe this is actual song they wrote and performed, but Emmure hasn't done this song since 2016 (pre-Look At Yourself). So on some level I think Frankie has to know that song sucks too. Now their other less than desirable song (R2Deepthroat) seems to have been taken out of retirement for their current tour. So I mean I got nothing for that one.
