Rewatched this when I wasn’t suffering from a sinus infection and could focus.

I surprisingly liked more by a large margin and think it’s actually better than the first film.

 

gave this a go tonight. It was fine. 7.5/10? I like murder mysteries, Daniel Craig was great in this, and the reveal of the murderer was more than okay. But the ending of the burning down the house and that's kinda it? Felt a little flat for me. I also dont know if I liked cutting away from the movie for a 30minute back story.

It met expectations.

 

This was a lot of fun. Just like KO, this cast came to have a good time.

I am watching this. little too cutesy so far. The Joe Rogan guy lives in his mom’s basement? Seems like some softball jokes

 

I was pretty into this but Janelle Monae’s horrible southern accent is really taking me out of it

 

This was ok. I didn’t actively dislike it, the actors were fun and it was nice to look at

 

The first twenty minutes are very ham fisted and pretty rough. I think once they get on the island is when the movie hits its stride.

Premise: rich person gets mystery murdered
Setting: eccentric billionaire’s home

 

What if the next one is in space?

 

I mean, the rich man lives on, say, Mars. Premise can remain the same.

 

Hey, booch me!

Watching this again... had no idea there's a third one being made, so that's exciting. Love the commentary track to go with it like they did with the first, may have to give that a listen/watch sometime soon.
