didnt realize it was for only youtube premium. doesnt sound like we missed much?

 

Think someone made that as there's no lyrics option and there was for others who've poster pics. Makes sense someone's rip uploaded wouldn't have lyrics.

I may not tell my grandkids about the first time I heard "Fell In Love," but it's a nice little tune that I won't mind playing in sequence. I wonder if it's about Tom falling in love with Chris Cote's ex-wife. Also, when Landon Barker's single was released recently, people commented that the 2:13 length was a response to the TikTok generation. So, with "Fell in Love' being 2:17, clearly the entire Barker family buys into that philosophy.

 

I don't understand the hate BIOMY got. I think it's better than Fell In Love.

 

Edging is the better version of This Is Home. And This Is Home was like the weakest song on the Neighborhoods.

 

If this was a A Skiba era song I feel like the response would be a lot more dramatically negative.

I think it’s meh but still a harmless ear worm just like the weaker parts of the last two albums

 

For me, the chorus is just fine. No big deal. And it got a bit better in Cheshire Cat's version of the song.

 

Everything's Magic was also a reference to Close to Me

 

A much better one though. Fell in love is just ok. Not a bad song by any means, but I could do without the overproduction

 

My band doesn't have a single original song that breaks the 2 minute mark.

 

Indeed, I think it's incomparable.

Just think about Fell in Love, like a funny / cheesy Offspring song. It's not bad, it's out there, it's for the numbers and young generation listeners.

 

I don't think blink worries about tiktok. Maybe Travis does but idk. Think we can come up with a long list of pre-tiktok blink songs that are about 2:17 lol

 

Wish I could be in your band

 

First Time, Runaway, Cynical, Go, Easy Target are all little power-houses that clock in under 2:30

 

With Travis producing and being more in touch with younger artists through his zillion other collaborations, I don't think it's a huge leap to make.

 

Still hate that that Offspring song exists

 

Well, the thing is, both songs are just fine.

 

That was my initial thought too about the lyrics to new song I wonder if it is about his new wife etc

 

I take BIOMY any day

 

I’ll just listen to both when I listen to their respective albums.

 

I don't think you can even compare BIOMY with Fell In Love - two different songs IMHO.
Try Sober and Fell in Love

 

You can actually compare anything.
