I went on Saturday & it was overall a pretty cool experience. It was fun to hear JT talk about every band they covered & how/why they were important to Hawthorne Heights' career & emo music in general. It was def not well attended, maybe 25-30% of the theater was filled. I don't think it was marketed well at all, almost every cover they did was on pop radio, but "normies" wouldn't have ever found that event unless they followed Hawthorne Heights on social media. Also, some of the venues are really difficult for people to get to if they don't have a car

 

I actually think the Emo Orchestra thing looks fun. If the Chicago area date was in the west suburbs or the city instead of an hour north, basically in Wisconsin, I'd probably go.

 

I have tickets to the one in WI, I'm going with my wife and another couple. My wife really doesn't want to go so you are welcome to join instead, we got good seats.

 

I can't do that day unfortunately, but I appreciate the offer.

 

Exactly, literally no one from NYC would ever go to Englewood, NJ for an event. I get why those theaters were booked, but it was never gonna work. I hope you get to go though, I don't regret it at all, & hope they figure out how to do it again better

nope 100% true, he is done touring, at least in his mind right now.

They're unique for each fan club member I think. Given I was instantly let in to the MSG presale (not a fan club member, just wanted to check out VIP packages), I don't know if this tour will be as hot of a ticket as I thought.

Noted. Definitely trying to score a ticket to the Ontario show. Just found out the venue uses AXS, so hopefully it’s easy to get in

 

AXS in terms of handling presales just does NOT seem to have the same server infrastructure as TM, always hate using them.

 

AGREED. I hate AXS more than Ticketmaster, tbh

 

AXS is worse than TM in terms of a buying experience if you're going for seats.
