People being more cognizant of other people and their personal space would be objectively good

 

I believe they’re less rowdy tbh. Half the seated shows I go to these days people sit down for half/all the concert or only stand up for the big hits. Wasn’t that way pre-pandemic

 

That’s the exact opposite experience I’ve had this year. Seen blink, Yellowcard, Alexisonfire, Billy Talent, and Fall Out Boy in seated venues and the overwhelming majority of the audience stood the entire show lol

 

Yeah. Shows are way more rowdy now lol. People have been wildn out at shows and acting awful since concerts started back up

 

Probably depends on the show then. I went to those blink and Fall Out Boy shows and yeah people stood for those, but when I saw Weyes Blood, The Smile, The Killers, The Cure people were sitting. I actually got yelled at by some guy for standing during The National earlier this year haha

Also, my shows are usually LA area for what it’s worth and we normally don’t have super energetic crowds here

 

I definitely think it's more of a needing the Instagram/Tiktok clout. Was at nothing,nowhere. last night and the 4 people in front of me spent the entire set with phone in hand ready to record at any moment.
Also as a side note (because it happened last night) I kind of hate that the friendship bracelet thing has found it's way outside of the Taylor Swift fan base into other shows.

Does anybody have data on how that suicideboys tour is going? Only curious because they tour every year at these big venues and I feel like at some point it's going to get either too expensive or too oversaturated for it to sell well

 

I’m curious about this too. I didn’t realize until this week that their tour has two nights at the Forum in LA

 

Jonathan Davis at Aftershock last night said they're coming back to tour next year to celebrate 30 years as a band

 

Wonder if they’ll do a self-titled album play?
