Today is going to be a very funny day for Bearings

Green Day in the past has done a lot of pop up club shows (typically in big markets like LA and NY) leading up to new album releases.....but this could also be a music video shoot

Radius clauses are so weird. This tour we think is happening either Feb/March or April/May right? That tour they dropped is happening now so that’s like a 5-6 month clause. Not to mention that tour is going to do perfectly fine with Neck Deep and Drain alone. I can almost see a 90 day radius clause but literally I’ve never thought it actually mattered.

Support package is very strong for that tour!

They sold out 2 nights at the Greek in LA I believe (6k capacity) so, yeah, they're definitely on their way up.

damn that tour would be amazing if Drain was headlining and Neck Deep wasn't there

Cannot emphasize how Drain is one of the best live bands right now

Not sad that’s skipping Portland. Support is great, but everything Neck Deep has released since Life’s Not Out to Get You is trash. Weird that Bearings would have a radius clause since they aren’t a big band and nobody is actually going to this tour just to see them. They could have easily been added once they finished the coheadliner.

I don’t really care about seeing Neck Deep again, but I was hoping for a Toronto date for Drain and Higher Power. A little disappointed

Might be a hot take but I would not be nearly as excited to see Drain when there’s a barricade & the majority of the crowd is mainstream pop punk fans

Nah you're right, no stage diving during a Drain set is a travesty

The first time I saw them was right before California Cursed dropped. I got popped in the nose by a crowdkiller and kicked in the back of the head by someone headwalking. The “crowdsurfing is literally assault” people are not going to “get” Drain.

You could make up it by crowdsurfing and diving off back into the crowd before you to get to security - you may kill a Neck Deep fan doing this though

Unless tickets for the ND show are very reasonable I’ll probably wait for the next proper Drain headliner. Stoked for them to play in larger venues but I need that intense crowd interaction that only smaller venues facilitates.

Everybody's talking about stagediving at a Drain show I'm just trying to get a pool noodle and some beach balls in there
