Was hoping play action there lol - prob a good thing they ran it Lawrence got lit up so it wouldn’t have gone anywhere anyways

17 is fine but I had Aaron Jones give me a quick lil’ 1.9 so I needed a big 2-3 TD game from Lawrence

 

I was smart and only drafted Ridley in one league and only drafted Etienne in another

 

We are definitely using Etienne wrong though. There’s just no reason why the guy with the most forced missed tackles in the NFL is being jammed up the middle constantly. He should have like 100 more yards than he has. It’s on the OC if we’re not getting that kind of ballcarrier talent out in space

And here we go again, Trevor is gonna have a low EPA for this game because Press is scheming 82% of his pass plays to only throw the ball 5 air yards or less.

even though he played extremely well aside from the two bad sacks he took.

I BEEN TELLING YALL I DID NOT OVERRATE THIS DUDE. He’s ALWAYS been a borderline elite edge rusher who was getting no help since we traded Ramsey and let Campbell walk. I’ve been saying since the draft we were lucky to get him as late as pick 7 and that he’s not THAT far off from Nick Bosa. Sometimes it takes 3+ years to be right.

 

QB kneels are triggering to me. I once lost a matchup in fantasy like 2 years ago because Herbert kneeled out 3 straight times.

Fantasy site scorekeepers should consider context!!

And if you look at the more granular, specific advanced stats (see I like some of them @CarpetElf !) it’s been clear through his hits and hurries numbers, and his pass rush win rate numbers, that he’s been beating blockers all day

 

Offense still isn’t great tbh. Example, see the last two weeks.

 

Everyone agreed with you that he was good! But he absolutely is not Nick Bosa

He’s not that far off though. Give him a 49ers esque defensive supporting cast and Josh Allen will put up 14-15+ sack seasons. He’s well on his way to that this year.

 

I almost finished last that season. I also lost a game I had been winning by like 100pts because of Lamar/Andrews

 

And this doesn’t make him on Bosa’s level, but it’s worth noting - he is exceptionally good at dropping into coverage and taking away reads for an edge rusher. It’s a skill he has that is unique for his position.

 

Nick Bosa is the supporting cast. Love Josh Allen but let's not get crazy here.
