This is my favorite long running meme and I’m very excited to see what happens when it ends.

 

Ford and GM are having their strikes expanded by the UAW. Two more plants added. The big one being Chicago Assembly for Ford.

In all seriousness what does this mean for the senate now how fucked are we

 

I have no idea what this means for the senate now but I can tell you with 100% certainty that we are well and truly fucked

 

Including the 3 independents who currently caucus with the Dems, it's still 50-49 and Newsom will assuredly appoint a Democrat, but I don't know the timing on that.

 

Maybe someone will be in there that actually shows up to vote and has some idea of what’s going on

 

I can't imagine there's a worse scenario than someone who was alive for FDR's entire presidency, oh neat a rabbit's foot

Just want this thread to know we were talking about culture and language today in class and at one point one of the kids mentioned "rizz", at which point my brain went immediately to "is baby gronk the new drip king etc etc" and the kids found it very hilarious to hear those words coming out of the mouth of a schlubby dude in his mid 30s.
