We saw Scowl last night, any doubt in anyone’s mind that they aren’t playing 4K-5k venues in 18 months. They tore the place up.

 

Arena tour? The festival sets have been cool but it’s been a very cookie cutter setlist.

 

What I watched of them before Trash Talk at Furnace Fest was unreal, I'm psyched to see them next week!

They are overseas in June next year so the USA tour is prolly gonna be either a feb-April tour or a July-September tour

 

saw both, I just can’t get into Militarie Gun, I’ve tried, but my wife thought they were excellent. MSPaint didn’t seem like a lot of the crowd was into. But performance wise they were good, sounded good.

 

I did the Gel, MSPaint, Militarie Gun, Scowl run at FF and thought MG and Gel were the best of the four. Pretty stellar run of artists, though.

 

my local venue used to charge like $5 for that emo night thing or whatever and now it’s up to like $23

the few local venues I follow here in Oklahoma City are CONSTANTLY advertising these types of shows and I do not get it

It’s both baseball stadiums and nba/nhl arenas from what I’ve seen so….


They could split it into 2 legs do arenas in feb/April then stadiums in July/oct

 

they're basically just dance parties with a specific playlist. i went to a taylor swift one that was kinda fun.

 

but seriously it's very little overhead so it's a pretty easy cash grab and I don't mind because venues gotta survive somehow
