I was so upset that the season thread was so quiet. After reading 750 pages of fast food, gas station rankings, and RB slander I couldn’t believe no one was talking about this game.

things I took away that I’m sure were discussed
- chiefs tackle should have been flagged 50 times. WTF was that. I have never seen the booth call out something so egregious that many times. Wild shit
- mahomes can win without kelce but can’t have raiders level receiver play in tandem
- Chris jones not playing was surprisingly not glaring. LB play was solid minus gybbs being faster than everyone on the field
- lions passing concepts seemed way to basic for the receiver talent, but the rookie TE made it look better than it was
- I feel sorry for whoever plays the chiefs week 2. Mahomes gonna go ham

Thats the genius of this thread...we spend 8-9 months in here not talking about football, just so when NFL season hits, we can spend another 3-4 months not talking about football in here.

This was really weird. That whole family was on hard knocks too if I remember correctly. Why does the nfl think this one upper middle class white family is entertaining? Are they trying to do a reality show or something?
