I'm holding onto a little bit of hope that we get a new single on Friday and then album pre-orders and everything go up on Tuesday.

 

Maybe (please) we get a song this week with pre-orders and stuff on 9/5 idk either way it's exciting times. It is Tuesday right now. We are taking this one day at a time.

Again, I really don’t think that animator person and their work has anything to do with new blink music. They did an animation for edging and it’s coming out on Friday, that’s it. It’s not an official thing affiliated with the band. They do it for lots of artists

 

Agreed. Like I said yesterday, I really don't think that animation is for anything official. The guy replied to a comment saying it was "just for fun, a tribute to an epic band" and was asking people to tag Mark so that he would see it, making it sound like the band isn't really aware of it other than Travis simply reposting the artwork.

Dandelion line from Sober rules. Really cool to have a Patrick Stump line in a blink song. It isn't top-tier for me, but I love that it exists. The intro always hits, and the skiba bike messenger verse is killer.

 

Imagine if they recorded 3 more to make it a double album. Release date postponed to 2026.

 

I wonder what the tracklist was originally when Tom said "this is our best album" like a year ago or whenever VS what the tracklist is now, and if he still thinks it's their best.

 

While I love the songs they sing together, I still want Mark songs and Tom songs. That was one thing from the Skiba era that felt a little forced. Hopefully its a combo of all three.

 

Saw a post this morning claiming that Fuck Face and Turn This Off are the joke songs, and Hurt is the interlude. Take that as you will. (I don't buy it)

 

Also, assuming the tracklist and lyrics are legitimate, whoever leaked that info in Mark's Discord is an actual idiot haha. Why would you leak all that info somewhere where an actual member of the band checks/posts regularly???

Supposely two of the tracks are joke songs. I assume Bad News and Fuck Face.
Then one is an interlude. Maybe Blink Wave?

 

maybe it's a play on synthwave? that's all i can come up with. so who knows.

 

I’m taking it as a New Wave type song, but blink. If it’s real, it was probably the place holder and they just left it.

 

Maybe "Blink Wave" is a joke song and the lyrics are "YOU CAN'T DO WHAT WE DO!"
