My wife went to visit her brother for the day and took the kids. It's pretty quiet in the house. Just me and the dog.

Lined up some albums for the evening!

Haha it seldom happens and I didn't know what to do with myself. I came home, made dinner for myself, played ball with the dog in the backyard, showered and now will spin tunes for the evening and play some PS4.

One was initially backordered but they say it's in stock now, they're just really behind on shipping orders out

when is the last update they gave you? If it was me, if it’s been in stock for a month, I’d just cancel. If it’s been under a month since they said it was in stock, I’d wait until it’s been a month. No particular reason I chose a month. Just feels like more than ample time to ship it, even if they are behind.

I would not be surprised if they don’t do a Labor Day one.

got it, it skips over the first minute or so of Stay Awake. I even had the label send me another copy and it has the same skip so I guess the whole pressing or variant is botched?

 

I don't recall having that issue on mine on my first listen. Will need to give it another spin soon.

 

I last heard from them last week but I noticed it back in stock a couple weeks before that. I placed this order on July 3rd, so I feel like since I've already waited this long I might as well keep waiting. I'd placed another order on June 30th which shipped on August 3rd, though. It makes no sense why this one's taking way longer.

 

Hmmm odd, even for them. Hope it works out. I need to know how this ends haha

 

Ordered the new Film School and Buck Meek records on Friday morning, they arrived in the mail today with free shipping. Zia really is the best of them. Also both records are awesome, gonna wear these grooves out by autumn’s end
