Saw Offspring/Sum41/Simple Plan last night…good show…honestly wasn’t expecting SP to still be so relevant with the under 25 crowd. They got a huge response from the younger people there.

 

That’s cool. Can’t imagine anyone under 30 listening to the offspring lol

 

Carly posted an admat without Chicago, which I'm assuming will get added after Riot Fest passes through.

Are people actually buying tickets for this with no lineup/details?

 

The Rogers, AR had 50,000 people in the queue for 10,000 cap amphitheater that’s not exactly easy to get to. They will sell quickly.

 

Dare I say it, she could probably do a 20-30k stadium in major markets if that's what the demand is for LDR in smaller cities.

 

Just re-watched the Netflix doc last night with a friend who had never seen it before, can't believe this dude is STILL trying this stuff, he'll never stop

She just did two nights of stadium shows in Mexico City (equivalent to NFL stadiums in America). I dunno if it was entirely sold out or anything but she is definitely a huge draw right now. But that's partially due to not touring much, especially outside of festivals.

I saw her at a 1k capacity venue in 2012 although you likely got the better show as 1) she had more material 2) had become a better performer/live singer than what I saw in 2012

 

First show was completly sold out (around 65k capacity) 2nd night didnt sell out but from friends who were there, it seems it sell well too.

 

Wow that’s so awesome. Just one night would’ve been impressive, so even if second wasn’t sold out that’s a huge win for her

Does anyone know why Dan from FYS and Kevin from ADTR are playing with NFG this summer?

helping Chad out since he’s still in treatment for cancer.

 

Dan has been playing with them for a while now. He filled the spot that Ryan Key and Martin from Terror were occupying for a while, second guitar. Kevin seems to be there as insurance in the event something should happen to Chad, but they’re having him come out and play some songs each night anyway

There was a super butt-rock guy near me wearing a Disturbed/Breaking Benjamin shirt who LOST HIS DAMN MIND when they brought Kevin Skaff out, so I'd say ADTR has fully crossed into the butt rock world.
