Enough

 

Missed this banger yesterday

 

Isn’t this the kids with cancer fall in love book? We’re banning it because they presumably have sex at some point? Good lord

 

I’m pretty sure 99% of my viewings of that movie came from public school

 

yeah lotta Remember the Titans, Forest Gump & National Treasure for me

 

I had a middle school social studies class where we learned about other countries outside the U.S. When we were learning about Jamaica, the teacher used two school days for us to watch Cool Runnings.

 

My most random memory is watching the Jim Carrey grinch movie in my 8th grade SPANISH class

 

Ratatouille for freshmen Spanish. We did watch the Spanish dub though

 

I showed my class the last king of Scotland once when we talked about decolonization of Africa. I don’t regret it.

 

The rainy day recess movie in elementary school was always The Sandlot

 

inside everyone there are two dorfmacs

 

I think I saw Mean Girls like 5 times all in the same 10th grade English class

Most random movie was when my health class showed Selena

 

I feel like I saw tons of movies in school. Especially at the end of the school year and days before long breaks.

El Mariachi in Spanish class
10 Things I Hate About You in British Lit (alongside reading Taming of the Shrew)
Erin Brockovich in Environmental Science

 

We watched A Knight's Tale in my Western Civ class. Because, you know, history.

 

good movie

 

it was always remember the titans, hoosiers, and shrek for some reason. i can't stand shrek

 

We wasted like two days in middle school watching The Goonies haha.

Other things watched were Bill Nye and Magic School Bus episodes in science class, Dead Poets Society in homeroom, and two Romeo and Juliet movies in English (the old contemporary movie and the Leonardo DiCaprio one).

 

the older romeo and juliet was one of my favorites from english class in like 9th grade lol. i remember we read the outsiders and then spent like 3 days watching the movie

 

I just remember our English teacher trying to fast forward past the nudity and accidentally paused directly on it and the class snickering over it heh.

 

I watched the Leo movie on shrooms once, that was a wild experience

 

Being psyched about the boobs in Romeo and Juliet is a high school rite of passage.
