This food truck shows up at work every day now. Huge variety on their menu - hotdogs, burritos, enchiladas, burgers, you name it. So awesome.

 

I think dinner tonight will be grilled pork tenderloin and a twice baked potato since my grocery store has the pork tenderloin on sale.

Buy dried dates. Your grocery store will have them. Easily my favorite pork tenderloin recipe. The sauce is tremendous. Just make sure your mise en place game is strong.

 

it's not haha. my kitchen is kind of small so i have to put stuff all over the place when im cooking.
