I didn’t play SF6 because I can’t stop playing Marvel Snap. Ugh, it’s hard to stop playing this game.

I bought last seasons battle pass with ten minutes to go.

 

I need to play Snap more, it’s such a great card game

 

Snap is fantastic. Been playing since the beginning of the year and I've come close to not buying the season pass but I've always pulled the trigger before the month is up.

 

Damn, New Pokemon Snap has a battle pass?

Is there a setting on the PS5 so it doesn’t automatically turn on when you turn on your TV? It’s very annoying. Is it a TV thing or a console thing?

 

That seems like a TV thing because that absolutely does not happen for me and I haven't changed any settings that'd do something like that to my knowledge

 

Mine doesn't do this but maybe it's an outlet thing where it's like a 'powered' outlet where the outlet is only on if your TV is on so when the TV goes on the PS5 goes on? but then I guess you'd be getting that message about turning your PS5 off without doing the proper shut down. Mine is in rest mode constantly regardless of if my TV is on or off and I didn't do anything with settings.

 

It's an HDMI specific thing, might be a spec of 2.1 but IDR.

My TV doesn't turn on my PS5, but my PS5 will turn on my TV, not sure if there is a setting or not, the Series X has a bunch of options for it.

This makes sense because I have Hi Speed HDMI cables running to all my devices. It might just be a setting in the console.

My PS5 has a setting for that and I actually keep it turned on because I always need it to switch inputs on the TV automatically when the system comes on because I've lost the original TV remote and Roku automatically switches as well

 

My Switch and my PS5 turn on my tv. It’s definitely a tv thing
