in the past I'll usually do baked chicken or pork chops and either rice or sweet potatoes but I don't want it 5 days in a row ya know

or cook some ground beef with brown sugar and ginger and have that with rice

 

anytime I buy sandwich stuff I never end up using it all before it goes bad

 

That's why a PB&J is the ultimate lunch. It's quick to make, cheap, and it's good. Throw in an apple call it a day.
