My kids just watched Kung Fu Panda for the first time and loved it.

This area was hurting. Super quick and easy way to give it new life. Also..Shrek balloons!

 

This guy did the same thing last year with rainforest cafes and it seemed like a miserable experience

 

Yeah his Rainforest Cafe video was fascinating.

I known they said this is the final time they do this, but I feel like the natural choice if they were to make this a trilogy is Bubba Gump's Shrimp.

 

Rewatching that Disney+ Imagineering docuseries. It is crazy how this company repeats itself and doesn't learn from it's mistakes.

"It was the early 90's, they promoted a lot of beancounting businessmen who cared more commerce than creativity, Disney racked up massive debt from over expansion, they entered an era of austerity, and parks took a backseat,. Numbers and spreadsheets were on the wall instead of artwork. Something being logical became more important than something being delightful, "'theming' became a dirty word, Imagineering almost forgot who we were."

Then Joe Rohde and his team came along and saved Imagineering with DAK, so the narrative of this doc says.

i'd do that if i wasn't too afraid to bring it on the plane. although i did take edibles to WDW one year and had an amazing time in Magic Kingdom

 

I remember one time my buddy and his girlfriend were staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge, realized they didn't have weed, and wanted to experience looking at the animals from their balcony while smoking a blunt so bad they drove the 4 hour round trip to Clearwater and back just to get it.
