Seeing it written that way makes me think of that hellish Bon Jovi song where they say "s'alright" 850 times

Song sounds pretty cool, but how has someone in the band not told Adam his stage shtick is terrible?

I for one think Adam’s stage persona thing is pretty fun, but hey, whatever.

He’s been doing this Schtick longer than not at this point. It’s fine and mostly fun. Who cares.

Its fun to give him shit for it, but I would be bummed if he stopped doing it haha.

  14. I'm sure his shtick would bother people less if he was more consistently on key live

Here's a recent video of one of their performances on Sad Summer.

This is way better than I expected based on what folks on here have been saying about their live performances.

Also that 18-song setlist is pretty dope for this tour, a solid mix.

    Things have changed.

Why's Nolan holding his guitar like that?

That performance is totally fine, except being super low-energy.

I mean, they're 15-16 songs deep into the set and in their 40s, I think that's kinda just how it goes.

Consequently, this led to me finding this set:

Someone please get Fred back in this band. I love John but c'mon - they can both be in the band, right? 20 year WYWTB reunion? Please?

That Reading & Leeds performance is them at the top of their game.

As a collective, their performances during the Louder Now era sounded pretty damn good. The band was tight.

I mean if you asked me to recreate anything I did almost 20 years ago I’m sure it wouldn’t be as sharp and certainly done with less energy

Yeah what is up with him putting the guitar strap on his opposite shoulder! He's doing a great job keeping his Tele from falling off lol

Bands with many more miles on them than TBS can still perform at a high level. I really don't buy that. But, the live *sound* of the band during this time is fantastic. This carried into the New Again touring cycle as well. Instrumentally they sounded massive.

I still throw on Louder Now pt.2 and the live at Bamboozle albums because they sound that good. Sure there's some vocal tuning, but I don't believe (at least to my knowledge) that any of the live instruments were re-tracked like the Mark, Tom, & Travis Show.
