My uncle at Xbox says this is false.

Honestly, though, there’s no way Xbox even considers ending the Halo franchise even though they haven’t released a great one since Halo 3. They just need to find someone else to make it other than 343.

 

I wouldn’t be surprised. The content drought and the state Infinite launched in isn’t good. The game is just now in a state that it should’ve launched in, and even then it’s still lacking. The franchise has been directionless and mediocre since Reach.

True, but Phil can revive guitar hero with activision. No idea if Harmonix has any interest in another rock band.

 

That’s why they should have another studio make it besides 343. The first 3 Halos and Reach prove it can be a widely successful series when done right. 343 just has no idea what to do with the series.

 

Nah, just dump Halo. It's old new now.
