The song itself was written and demoed during the Speak Now era, but didn't make the cut for the album, so she re recorded a new version for this release. It's assumed the original didn't have FOB on it

 

Annoyed that FOB seems to be playing 3 songs off the new album that I don't love, while not playing any of my favorites from it.

 

they should only play the songs you want to hear!

 

it's not just that i want to hear them play the songs that i like (which isn't that crazy of a way to feel haha) but they're not playing their best ones! i'm pretty shocked they're not playing "heartbreak feels so good."

not liking Fake Out is a fucking crime against humanity

 

It looks like they're playing "Heaven, Iowa" and "Love From the Other Side" which are the two best on there in my book.

 

I don't want to say because everyone shit on me last time I said it, but... Baby Annihilation (obvi) and Heaven Iowa. Not really a fan of those ones. I've come around to Hold Me Like A Grudge. I'm bummed they aren't playing The Kintsugi Kid and What A Time To Be Alive which are easily my two favorites.

 

The first doesn’t even count as a song to me. I’m sort of with you on the second, but I do like it. I LOVE the third song. That must stay haha Im an outlier on your first fav. I like it, but it doesn’t hit me that hard. But it is criminal that they haven’t played your second favorite at every show.

 

I didn't mean to put Fake Out in there. That song is great.

I'm not mad at the ones we got, I just wish we could've got What a Time To Be Alive and the title track. Or Flu Game, or Kintsugi Kid ok damn I wanted the whole album

Whole album would be cool but from the complete lack of crowd reaction to anything from the new album it would be a terrible idea lol

 

If I could pick a full FOB album play through show, it would easily be Folie A Deux.

 

Sitting through All Time Low and Metro Station in order to see Fall Out Boy play a bunch of Folie back in ‘09 is for sure one of the most high cost/high reward experiences of my life

Fall out boy did a St. Louis headlining show in 09 just before the blink opening slot that fall (which I also saw them on) and it was my first time seeing them, unreal show Brendon Urie did an acoustic set to open
