    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

My first real concert was Green Day at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA. 2010 on the 21st Century Breakdown tour. AFI opened but I missed their set

I went to the ten year with Like Moths to Flames and Hawthorne Heights, place was empty, but everyone was amazing. I promise you because of this nostalgia wave the tour will be sold out.

My first concert was when I was 10 in 2006 and I saw The All-American Rejects headlining with The Format, Motion City Soundtrack and Boys Like Girls opening. I only knew AAR at the time and I’m so upset I have no memory at all of seeing The Format!

personally I think their live sound has lost its oomph when Phil/moon left and they didn’t bother to have anyone take the spot

  14. Jars of Clay at Christian night after a minor league hockey game, objectively the coolest first concert anyone has shared yet.

First show was a Z100 pop radio station show in ‘99 with Sugar Ray, Britney Spears, 98 Degrees, and a bunch of other mini sets from acts of that era.

The next show/first show of a tour/first show in this scene/first with no parents attending (minus being our ride) was Pop Disaster with blink, Green Day, and Saves the Day in 2002.

First show was Alesana's The Emptiness tour which caught so many scene-core bands at their peak.

First show was Iron Maiden in 2008. They were also my second show but this time they had Carcass, Atreyu and Morbid Angel. Atreyu got booed all their set and I felt bad because I really liked them at the time

That first Jars Of Clay album is great (and this is coming from an atheist).

  24. That one and Eleventh Hour still hold up for sure.

  25. First ever was Garth Brooks. First “chosen” was Saves The Day, Taking Back Sunday, and Moneen in 2003.
