Oh man. TDH is one of the bands I’ve always loved but never had much on vinyl. Might have to change that soon.

I grabbed Angles and Comedown Machine, the only two Strokes albums I don't have.

Noticed that UO also has the first pressing of Flor's album from last year. I've been waiting for that one on vinyl!

 

contrary to the horror stories about The Sound of Vinyl, my "free" album i picked up a couple days ago just showed up in perfect condition. for those of you who ordered during their sale, check your mailboxes.

 

I just got this one. Definitely not as good as IKEA, but I wanted grey since it matches my other furniture. Seems sturdy enough. Still need to load it up with records. Haha.

I use BESTA shelves from IKEA. Downside is you've to buy each shelf on its own. I don't recommend doors for 'em 'cause the hinges can interfere with the room you have for the book-ended vinyl on your shelf (Doors are separate, so you don't have to buy them.)
They're wider than KALLAX, but that's about it. KALLAX really do seem like the most-ideal storage unit IMO. But, my BESTA's work :)
