Chelsea cast off day it seems

It's wild that Chelsea can offload 6 players and still have 41 players under contract (including the 8 out on loan).

 

There's a point in here somewhere about the overloaded schedule and the way the big teams hoard players, but I'm not quite sure what it is.

 

Can anyone tell me about Giorgi Mamardashvili? He's a name Spurs are linked to as an alternative to Raya and I've read some very mixed reactions toward the news lol

Well I guess the key thing is that he isn’t a lone striker. He’s a CAM really. His seasons in the Bundesliga where he looked like the best young player in the world were behind a striker.

I haven’t seen a massive amount of him as of late, but he seems like a player who has been made to play out of possession due to his height.

Not sure how he fits in to our system though.

I never watch Italian league games so I don't know anything about this guy. But he apparently just had a great season. And his analytics page shows that he's pretty solid at passing and distribution. So if he's the guy then whatever lol I can't complain about things that I don't know anything about.

 

If he's a third of the player Bergkamp was I'd be happy.
