I don't think people are complaining about the product origin story concept..., just the fact that so many are being released in a relatively short amount of time. We've had 4 this year already and it's only June.

 

Especially since Flaming Hot doesn't matter

I don’t mind these how did these products get made as long as they keep the length of the movie short. If we get that perfect run time of 1 hour and 45 minutes through 2 hours. I’ll watch.

Boyle has had a weird career.

 

Just finished Never Have I Ever. Very glad I got to see at least one Netflix show that’s not Stranger Things make it through to the end. I didn’t love that there were a couple characters who all but completely vanished this season, but overall it wrapped up really nicely and a lot of the completed character arcs felt like a warm hug from a show I’ll enjoy revisiting down the road. Although they also seemed to be leaving the door open a bit in case they ever decide to come back for more with the final narration at the end. I almost don’t want them to because I felt very satisfied with this ending, but I do also really love these characters. Maybe if they wait a few years and do a post college series or something.

 

This series premiered in February, season 2 aired last month, and now season 3 is coming in June. What the fuck? why even split it into seasons if the turnaround is that quick? At this rate this show will be at six seasons by the end of the year.

 

I saw The Idol lost like 100k viewers week over week and they weren’t even over 1m in the premiere? Honestly good so HBO stops giving Levinson free reign over everything.
