His production was excellent as it is, but damn with how many times Cousins wildly missed him or forgot about him in the red zone… he should’ve broke every receiver record lmao

 

It can work as part of a committee if you don’t set your expectations too high. It would be dumb to make one of those guys your lead back though

 

It also doesn’t help that opposing DCs specifically game-planned to take him away with bracket coverages because the Vikings didn’t have an actually good #2 target in the passing game

 

Absolutely true as well - but even when they didn’t, or even when he BEAT bracket coverage (which he does pretty often!), Cousins would not see it or would make a horrible throw

I WOULD like Miami to sign him. However, I do not want to give him big money or anything past 1 year. I also do not want to promise him being the workhorse as I want Achane to get a chance to get some touches right away. I would also like to keep him away from Buffalo.

However, if they don't sign him, I would be okay as well.

They do say the ranking is inspite of Tua being a bad qb who can’t stay healthy.

 

Assuming he’s getting old RB money and not any sort of big deal, there isn’t much downside in anyone signing him. Sometimes it works (see: Playoff Lenny) and more often it doesn’t, but inexpensive competition for carries is never a bad thing
