  3. This was a pretty good read. Brought up some good, and obvious, points about what life was like with Jose and Conte. Two managers who basically looked down on Tottenham during their time with the club. Both acted like the club should feel privileged to have them etc. It really created toxic environments. And we made the same mistake twice lol.

Someone more personable like Ange could be big in picking up the morale. That alone won’t necessarily translate to more wins, but at least everyone won’t be miserable.

In retrospect, should have returned to West Ham.

Spurs should pull a Ted Lasso and hire a successful manager from any other sport just to see how it plays out in real life.

  8. Ndombele apparently told Napoli he wants to return to Spurs to “revive his career”. It sounds amazing on paper but I will not get my hopes up (but I probably will).

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

If every game was only 10 minutes Ndombele would be incredible

How the heck can I watch this FA Cup final tomorrow in the U.S. Doesn't look like it’ll be available on my trusted apps of Fubo or Peacock.

USA basketball system is the closest we have the global football. So going from that world wouldn’t be too different for personalities of players.

One of the cool things the DFB did some years ago was to convince all the regional FAs to play their regional cup finals all on the same day, the day that the DFB cup final takes place. So today we have 21 cup finals played in 3 batches starting at noon and all are televised in a simulcast on public TV. The winners qualify for next seasons DFB cup.

Good read BUT now everyone will know how they're run, right?

Nice of Pep to persist with Ortega for the final. It would of been so easy for him to start Ederson instead.

    Shitting bricks already

Glad United have gone for an extra midfielder. We would have got destroyed with just Casemiro and Eriksen.

It’ll either be 3-1 United or 5-0 City. Either way, City scores first.

I agree, to the extent that I've already put money on 3-1 United and 4-0 City haha.

I want United to win to stop the treble as much as I want them to lift the trophy.

I understand why United fans don't want a City treble, but even if City do win this particular treble, it won't be considered in the same league as United's in 1999. Some might say a treble is a treble, but to put it simply, it's really not if you've seen both manifest. Some of the games United were involved in back then will never be repeated.

I hope the P on Pep's hoodie is for Pep
