YUP. They told everyone (2 years after the fire) if they bought some other insurance and then filed a claim it’ll cover the 10k.

Im like nah that’s insurance fraud and go fuck yourselves. But they convinced all the dumb people in my complex to do it so now I have to pay 10k because the dumbass HOA didn’t have a good enough insurance

 

To each their own I guess, that’s just real weirdly negative energy for a thing I don’t think is that big of a deal lol.

Hanging out in a small room or trying to do one coordinated activity is one thing… but at an outdoor park or beach people are constantly migrating between social activity and doin their own thing anyway. It is possible to play an acoustic guitar quietly and not be disruptive lol. I also hang out with a lot of musicians and half the time it’s likely a couple of us will just find a space to jam without bothering anybody else

Shit, sometimes after weve had a playlist on for 2 hours they’ll get tired of it and say hey Randall you should play something. Like, most the people around me like to hear a music instrument as background lol idk

 

I’ve never had any weird friends who brought their guitar out like that, probably worried something would happen to it

 

You ever watch hgtv and get insulted they didn’t pick the best house? Probably the closest I’ll get to choosing a house lol
