Zucchini might have the highest "cooked right vs served wrong" ratio I can think of. Once tried to make zuchinni pasta noodles, and man, 30s too long and you've basically got a lot of water and no noodle.

Yeah it was gross but it was fairly fun before midnight lol. I was friends with the UF RecSports staff and that was their bar of choice. I much preferred downtown for sure.

Not surprised the floor caved in at Grog before it closed this past year lmao.
