That’s fair but I would honestly say Trevor is NOT overhyped lol. I mean, I hype him up, but that’s because if anything he’s still underrated

which is WEIRD for a #1 overall pick but it’s true! matter of fact I feel like he set the bar so high in terms of expectations that I’d argue Fields is somehow getting MORE hype than him.

People seem to be real lukewarm on the year Trevor had because it was always expected for him to do that. It surprised no one that he had those fourth quarter comebacks, if anything he would’ve got criticized if he DIDNT pull out those wins

A good litmus test is that if you are posting and we are reading, he's overhyped for us

 

I think I am hyping him appropriately and nowhere near as much as people hype up Justin Herbert

 

Herbert's definitely more overhyped

I do also want to acknowledge that the Fields hype isn’t the same as the Herbert hype and Fields fans do at least accept that he has glaring flaws, which is perfectly acceptable to me. Bears fans on Twitter are annoying about him for sure, but y’all haven’t been really. I’ve been just as loud about my critiques of him
