First two songs RIP omg, excited for the rest of this

 

Smahccked My Head Awf is very TWY.

Reading the lyrics while listening really is making some of these songs stand out even more.

 

Their social media presence (especially Twitter) is very juvenile, which may lead to a lot more immature, bro-ey fans.

 

I came up with a more relevant name for each of the songs to help remember them better. I tacked "Drink Milk and Run" at the end of the album. Album is phenomenal as expected.

Like you said, not their fault, but I definitely agree with this haha. Last time I saw them headline was one of the worst crowds I’ve ever seen in my life. Bad enough that the band was getting visibly angry about it and cut off their last song/didn’t play an encore lol.

 

I could never really get into this band before but am enjoying this so far

 

I legit don’t think I’ll be able to listen to Betty on a regular basis. Wrecked me.

But yes this album is a step up in every way.

 

John “The Rock” Cena is my favorite after my first full listen.

 

By the end of the first listen I already have the Wax Bodega site up to order the vinyl lol

This song just absolutely got me. Holy shit. Lost my dog last year, so was not ready for a song like this.

Betty hits so hard!

We had to put my Lab down right before Thanksgiving. Had him since the day he was born 13 years ago and I still think about him every day. Yowzers. Gonna be tough to listen to this song again.

No Shoes in the Coffee Shop (Or Socks) is easily my favorite.

 

Guy doing backing vocals here has some mad Tim Landers energy. I am here for it.

 

On third listen and I completely agree.

 

Does anyone happen to know if Betty is about a dog or cat? It works and is gutting either way, I’m just curious.

Realistically it would apply to any pet you have. Got me real good.

EDIT: Seeing now that it’s a rat. Hilarious. Still heartbreaking.
