I'm so glad I'm not a super picky audiophile, lol. That pressing sounds fine to me. A completely serviceable version.
(Also glad I don't have to keep my entire digital library in FLAC, like some of these maniacs do.)

Ive found with Smartpunk in the past, they're pretty much on time with their drops. But it's always good to be ready 5-10 minutes early refreshing if needed.

I wasn’t drunk yesterday when I splurged and snagged Relient K’s self titled album off Discogs. I hadn’t seen one on there before, but checked again after Jason got his copy. There was one up and had been there until yesterday and I convinced myself I may not have a chance to get it for a long time.

Snagged a copy of Transgender Dysphoria Blues for $45 as a birthday gift for my wife.

 

I'm no audiophile, but I do have a pretty discerning ear. I've have had that pressing in the past and thought it sounded great.

 

Great pop-punk record that is highly reccomended for fans of Green Day & Broadway Calls, came out last year and would have been a top ten record in my end of the year list!

 

Yeah, agreed. There are only a few pressings I have that I think are noticeably bad. Probably the worst pressing I own is Taylor Swift's Fearless Platinum Edition.

 

The Dangerous Summer's War Paint first pressing was pretty bad. The pressing itself wasn't great, combined with most preorders coming warped.

Oh and the first press of Balance and Composure's TTWTWM, and TWY's Greatest Generation. Both got way better once the second press came around.

 

Oh yeah, I always heard bad things about all of those. I did get my hands on War Paint until the 2017 repress, which I think sounds pretty good.

 

I see there's currently a Discogs listing for Jimmy Eat World's Damage for a not great, but not terrible price of $45 after shipping. Still more than I'm willing to pay, but cheaper than I've seen it in a while (that is, for one that's in good condition).

 

TWY's The Greatest Generation is a poop pressing. Oh and MBDTF also sounds like doo-doo on wax.

I just received my copy of Does This Look Infected? from Amazon. Only took two tries. Apparently the first copy was damaged in transit. The second copy came perfectly packaged. Surprising because Amazon usually sucks ass. However, the glue holding the top seam on the outer sleeve was completely dried out and came apart as soon as I opened it. I think the booklet is way too large for the outer sleeve. That probably didn’t help. Bummer but other than that it’s great. Haha.

 

Good to know about B&C. I’ve been trying to hunt down a copy. Maybe I’ll just go for a more recent pressing.

Yeah I definitely would. The opaque blue/opaque red from the second pressing is what I currently have and it sounds miles better than the first pressing I had.
