What if Tom told us they'd just written the best album of their career?

I love Not Now, but I don’t want it in place of Don’t Leave Me. The more Enema songs, the better

Swapping out a Mark song for a Tom song? Thanks, I hate it.

Since it’s a Tom song, I’d offer up Dumpweed, Reckless Abandon, Aliens Exist, Dysentery Gary, or Always off the top of my head.

I would pick Dumpweed to swap out in this case, I guess.

I’d swap dysentery gary. But I don’t mind losing don’t leave me for it either.
I say they just add Every Time I Look For You and call it even.

  16. Take out “Down.” It’s that simple.

or better yet… keep them all and play for 93 minutes.

Are they playing that a full step down? That sounds wild.

Not Now is a well earned staple. Looks like there’s more than an album’s worth of songs from this recording session. Are we going to get another non album setlist staple ripper this time around? Not Now and Man Overboard always crush.

Just noticed this was part of the mini-blink museum. I own the same poster and it’s my favorite piece of blink memorabilia. it’s doubled sided too.

Yep, Down needs to be retired for a while.

Bummed I didn't get Not Now in my St. Paul set. That's probably my favorite Blink song.

I'd be happy with a setlist that retires more singles and includes more deep cuts, but with a balance that appeals to the mass audience too. Ie: retiring First Date/Down/Always and swapping them out with rotating songs. With that, you keep a majority of the main singles people love, while surprising long time fans.

The Chili Peppers have a system where they play certain hits over others each set and never play the same set twice. But then again Frusciante isn't willing to play songs that he wasn't a part of like Tom is.

When they toured Australia a few months ago, this method caused chaotic backlash and bad reviews where people said things like "I didn't recognise most of the songs" and "They didn't play By The Way!" and things like that.

I'm of the camp that no band owes you anything when you see them play, but I understand why Blink are very heavy on most of the singles being included in their setlist.
