Never been more convinced the lottery is rigged. They announced Columbus had moved down without showing the card flip, went to commercial break, came back from commercial and pretended like the Jackets were still in it when we already knew they weren’t.

NHL wanted him in a big market.

No logical reason the NHL can’t show the actual balls being drawn live as opposed to in a back room where nobody can see.

I don’t think the nba shows the lottery balls either anymore, they do it in a room with the press like an hour before lol

 

its almost like the guy who still owns the team owned the hawks then and knew about the bad shit happening too

 

They received zero punishment as an organization lol we definitely do not need to hand it to them for anything. The owner let it happen and is now going to reap benefits from getting handed a top prospect.

 

Okay so then when I asked, "are the people responsible still there" the answer was "yes". And so would've ended the conversation.
