Was contemplating going to the Silverstein show tomorrow, but I think you just made my decision for me.

Yeah this is the only thing I miss about seeing shows when I lived in my hometown. They were always done either at or before 10:00. The downside though, was the 40-60 minute drive home

I've been holding off on buying these since it went on sale, thank you so much for sharing!

Boomers getting taken to the cleaners by Aerosmith…$209 after fees for a limited view upper deck seat…that’s without dynamic pricing…

Yeah I can't imagine there being any surprise that Aerosmith is essentially a long running business and this is one of their last chances to cash in.

    Go fuck yourselves hahahaha

EDIT: turns out there are some $80-100 dollar tickets available but they're behind the stage.

A co-worker got Aerosmith tickets for $110 in Cleveland. That doesn't sound bad (price-wise).

Yeah, learning that Ticketmaster kicked in the price increase after 5 minutes on a lot of dates

it will be interesting to see the draw. They have buzz right now after opening for Lorna Shore last fall and they just did that tour with Bodysnatcher that was 100% sold out well in advance.

I have no doubt about their general popularity, but the venue sizes on this one are all over the place. 700 cap in an A-market in Chicago where I lived for five years so I some familiarity with it, 1400 cap in my current B/C market in Virginia. It was more of a comment on that. If they can fill those venues up effectively, more power to them.

I don't know for sure the capacity but I know the venue in Austin is fairly small.

Going for 4 figures at MSG. This is definitely a "1 show a year" audience so I imagine that fanbase will look at it as a vacation.

Nice! My sis grabbed tickets and I’m not sure I can make it work, but if I do it’ll be my first time in Chicago!

Cheapest tickets for the LA show of the Aerosmith tour are $129 before fees. No thanks
