Good lol - I would be too tempted to watch clips of a new unreleased song live and it’s never my preferred way of hearing a song for the first time

Wow so I'm guessing Edging will be the only new song they'll play this tour? Or at least the first leg?

I guess they never really marketed it as a new album tour, just a reunion tour with a new album to come.

 

Update: I did a little more editing to the Coachella files to increase the volume and clean up the audio just a bit, it was bugging me that it sounded so low. I think this sounds a lot better:

Not to kiss your ass too much but I’ve listened to a few different audio cuts/rips of the concert and yours sounded the best by far already. Excited to listen and hear the improvements. And I’m a total bootleg snob when it comes to sound quality etc.

I miss those days haha. Especially during the Napster era where you would download a song(s) overnight but it would be mislabeled with the wrong band or song title.

 

Haha, I really don't know what I'm doing that much besides my limited podcast editing experience, this had the benefit of being a pretty good recording from Coachella to begin with, and really it's about having a good initial recording and high quality rip to not need to do much transcoding, etc.

This was just fixing some level issues, a limiter, increasing the gain to make the music a little louder, and just my personal preferences in sound.

I’ve done a bunch of editing bootleg concerts from Youtube video rips but I’m a complete amateur when it comes to changing/adjusting audio volume etc. I usually just try and find the best sounding videos out there already so I don’t mess with anything too much.

Really wish there was a good sounding blink concert from the TOYPAJ tour 2001 and Pop Disaster Tour in 2002 but everything out there sounds terrible. Would love a good 1997 concert too.

Gave +44 another listen through today - because why not.

I almost wish they would set aside 2-3 songs in the set to play +44 / Box Car each night - do it Eras Tour style and maybe switch them out each night.
