I have two episodes left, but I've enjoyed the series throughout

 

Ooooooh the penultimate episode might be the best of the series. You’re in a good spot.

 

Definitely goes off the rails, in a great way. Never fizzles. I wish more people watched and appreciated it. The final season absolutely rules and the second-to-last episode is a true masterpiece.

 

Hell yeah. Even more excited to continue.

 

The music specials on Disney Plus by Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Miley Cyrus, and Olivia Rodrigo are all really good. Princess Remixed is... a thing that exists. I'm probably not the target audience for that one.

Also really enjoyed Marvel's Making Of specials, and the MPower docuseries that highlights the franchise's female characters, the actresses who play them, and the people they've inspired.

So Runaway Jury and High Fidelity are both on my "movies for you" on the Hulu UI. How does this algorithm know I am a Cusack stan?

 

I REALLY enjoyed the 3rd to last and 2nd tk last episode. The finale was fine and overall I’m glad I stayed for the whole show

 

I just randomly started this tonight and it’s so good! Haha

 

Just recently finished as well; agree with all of this. How the contract killers just haapppneedd to know where the two were at all times, or how Rose just happpennnneedd to be a super level hacker, was absurd. But it was all very entertaining for sure.

This could be a game changer. Streaming audio is wack and I'm usually constantly changing the volume no matter what the show is just to hear people:

I don't know too much about the technicality of it, but there needs to be some sort of standardization across all platforms including TVs and sound bars. The variation is wild and I feel like I haven't been able to get good sound in years no matter how much time I spend on adjusting settings.

Interesting stats

 

Caught up on Mandolorian, really enjoying it. A bit surprised to see a lot of people in the show's thread aren't really feeling this season; I feel like that's a trend with most Disney+ Star Wars/Marvel shows, maybe I'm just too easily satisfied with these kinds of things.

 

I think I also am too easily satisfied but it’s also just the nature of a show being on its 3rd season. It’s happening with Ted Lasso too where there’s a lot of, in my opinion, nit picking.

 

I remember my sophomore year of college (2004), my roomate and I went through the majority of the IMDB Top 250 on Netflix. Still have fond memories of running to our dorm room mailbox seemingly every other day.

 

I don’t watch Lasso, but s3 of Mando had some significant changes in some ways and the premiere was very weird due to the Mando events that occurred between seasons. It made for an odd, but not awful s3.

 

Yeah, I'm not trying to say all criticism is unwarranted. There's def weird elements. But I think when a show is more established it's def more open to being criticized, whereas I tend to just roll past some of the wonkier things if I still majority enjoy it.

And if it's Rise of Skywalker, I devote my life to criticizing it to anyone who listen and those who couldn't care
