I know the material is available for me to read so apologies. But can someone tell me what the FDA drug ban case was even about in the first place? Like who sued who and what was their standing? I know standing doesn't really matter because that whackjob judge is gonna do what he wants and conservatives judge shop to him specifically, but like I just haven't even heard the facts of the case.

 

It was some doctors I believe and the standing issue seems to be a big point of contention.

 

Same people who are bitching about this and waterways yet support running an oil pipeline in the Straits of Mackinac. Pure idiocracy.
