  1. Kane got his face raked and a finger in his eye last week. Instead of ridiculing the player who did it, it was a week of making fun of Kane for going down.

I’ve played a tennis match with a broken toe, so maybe I’m just “built different.” But unless someone is dropping to the ground and writhing every time they stub their toe on a piece of furniture, it’s clearly an exaggerated reaction. Romero’s history as a player earns him no favors and never will from non fans.

didn’t see Mitoma writhing on a harder stamp

Playing anything with a broken toe is stupid. Especially as an amateur.

  7. I just find it weird that the criticism is thrown toward Romero.....and not the guy who very intentionally stomped on his foot.

View things a smidge different now than I did in high school. “Tape it up and go.”

kinda goes back to what @orangehorizon said last week: why only focus on the guy who responds instead of also on the instigator? it’s one of the greatest questions in sport we’ll never have an answer to. but the one who has a history of shithousery and reckless red cards is always gonna be the one made fun of for overreactions. especially in a game reffed so poorly, yet evenly.

  10. What was Dunk retaliating toward? Some shoving before a free kick? That stuff happens every free kick. Was he frustrated by the ref? Probably. None of it excuses what he did. And I'm not trying to make it seem like I'm so offended at what he did, I promise, I'm not haha I just know that if roles were reversed and Dunk was the one who got his foot stomped on and rolled around, he would not be receiving any criticism.

  11. I would say today probably crosses RDZ off the list of potential Spurs managers, but the last guy that tried to fight our manager ended up being our top choice to replace him lol

Spurs-Brighton is basically a lateral move for RDZ these days ;-)

  13. Sadly, true.

  14. So apparently he’s upset because Stellini said he inherited a good team? Which….is true.

Grealish is on a massive run of form. Has got back to absolute quality this season.

    It's all hell.

Haaland is like a sixth former playing against a load of year 9s.

  22. I subbed out Haaland for Alvarez in case he didn’t play and then saw he had two goals and was annoyed. But Alvarez has a pen off the bench!

Good to have you on board. Just out of interest, what do you think about the sport so far? Also, if you have any questions about it, feel free to ask me.

Villareal-Real Madrid has been lit. Chukwueze has been incredible.

Missed everything after the Stellini/RDZ red cards to go and watch the D&D movie with my adverturing party, but was genuinely not surprised to see City hammered Southampton.

Hoping the CL games are what cause them to slow down, but the fixtures look like an absolute dream.
