Yeah but that's not a widely accepted definition of imperialism but rather a random lefty's theory of it IIRC (I remember you posting the link to the blog), AND even by that definition I'd still say Russia counts as imperialist since it's mostly doing it with the "purpose of raking in the super profits for its corporations" and, instead of maintaining its place as the head of the capitalist order, it is instead trying to become the head of the capitalist world order.

"What The Arraignment Process Will Look Like"


The hubbub that will surround Trump when he walks into the New York County Criminal Court in downtown Manhattan (or, more likely, is escorted in by security) this afternoon could overshadow the fact that his arraignment is a normal part of criminal procedure.

An arraignment is simply the first time someone accused of a crime goes in front of a judge and hears the charges they will face. After the charges are read, Trump or one of his attorneys will submit a plea — not guilty, according to one of his attorneys.
