The Amity Affliction just announced a tour with Can’t Swim and Omerta as openers.

My brother was at the Columbus show last night and said the exact same thing about JT. Gratitude and mental health awareness is wonderful, don't get me wrong, but when 1/3 of your set is taken by that, c'mon.

Josh and Matt of The Wonder Years hinted to some people last night about a 10 year Greatest Generation tour later this year

Can't wait for this tour to come to Tinley Park and then I forget about it completely because who wants to go to Tinley fucking Park.

I mean...if The Offspring can do an amphitheater run, so can AAR with this package.

Hadn't thought about that but that would be awesome. I'd prefer a show at the Riv or Concord, but anything but Tinley or the Casino and I'd be thrilled.

Agreed. Last time AAR came to NYC they did a co-headliner with Dashboard at a 5,500 venue (Central Park). I honestly think NFG is a bigger draw now than Dashboard. Add on the amazing openers and the fact that AAR hasnt toured since 2017, I can really see them aiming for amphitheaters. For NYC I can see Forest Hills being the venue.

Anyone know when that Underoath/TGI/WCAR/new ETID-adjacent band tour is getting announced? Seeing three of those bands are playing Inkcarceration the second week of July it has to be soon.

Can't Swim feels is a band that like 70% fits on so many different tours. Like they feel slightly out of place on a tour like this, but they make more sense than just about every other pop punk/emo band.

I want to see Pixies cus I never have, but I'm really not a fan of Modest Mouse and feel like that's going to be kinda pricy.

Underoath still has a week of tour left so next week or maybe 2?

I was telling several people about this after the NYC show last week. I've seen HH numerous times over the last 15 or so years & JT has never rambled like he has been on this tour. I would've loved to hear another deep cut or some Bad Frequencies songs instead of him say a different iteration of "emo isn't a phase, it's a way of life" for 10 minutes.

Not only this, when you go hard into a song and the next 5 minutes is just the dude talking you get cold and it takes you out of it
