ahh my bad, i now see that just the artists link was removed from the main menu, not that that info page used to have the artists on it. regardless, seems like a futile but intentional speed bump.

funny they only turned off comments on their latest IG post, and people just went and commented on the previous one. a member of former SH band crypts in there "Former SH artist here. It’s all true. Quite typical for her to just disappear." presumably the same person who posted this on reddit:

Yeah I don't blame any artists currently signed to the label for not speaking out on the issue. Can't imagine what the relationship between the artists and the label would be like if artists currently signed to contracts there spoke out and nothing ultimately happen to address the situation with Cathy

 

not to mention when dealing with an abuser who currently has power over your career the fear of speaking out is palpable
