I think he referring to the Platinum/Dynamic models, they’re absolutely enacted by the artist. You can think TM is the villain, and they are, but your favorite artist is just as responsible.

From what I read on Twitter, he got on stage 15 minutes late and left 30 minutes early, and for some songs he only played short snippets.

I'm not. The ticketing fee is shared by the promoter, venue and ticketing company. In some instances, even the act gets a cut.

Yeah, last spring/summer they did a pretty lengthy tour. This would be a weird tour, but I also see The Offspring headlining if this is a thing so who knows.

 

I'm skeptical but 100% here for it. God damn that sounds incredible.

A package that would actually make more sense is Rise Against/The Offspring

 

If it was a co-headliner I agree, but it'll probably be The Offspring closing every night with Sum 41 and Simple Plan switching off who goes when on the lineup and then a smaller act on WWWY like KennyHoopla or Hot Mulligan. Or if they want to go for a "throwback" or "nostalgia" theme Lit. It'll probably hit up a lot of ampitheatres on the west coast.
