After a 3 year wait, "mememe" and "doritos and firotos" already being released puts us back to 8 new songs on the album. One of those being a single that was released beforehand (Hollywood Baby).

It's a bit strange to me that they decided to release that EP at the end of last year knowing that now. I feel like they could've put some of those songs on this rather than "mememe" or "d & f" but perhaps it wouldn't have flowed as good.

This album made me laugh out loud several times but in a good way

 

Funny enough, Josh Freese is playing drums on that!

 

I like mememe ending the album. I didnt mean to imply otherwise but it was released before their recent EP. I'm surprised that it's on the album and they chose to not include some of the tracks from that EP also, rather than releasing that EP.

Album is great regardless! Worth the wait.

 

Just relistened to the EP, like it but I feel like they’re more of a retread of what they did on 100 gecs, and the songs on 10,000 are more “next step”, if that makes sense. Happy we have them!!

 

think I may like this more than the debut? hard to say bc that record has been borderline ruined for me due to unfortunate circumstances.

 

I’m gonna give this a shot but I just didn’t get the first album at all

 

anything on here rule as much as Stupid Horse because that was the one for me on 1kgecs

 

I'd say there are two songs with Stupid Horse vibes.

Nothing really hit me on here like Stupid Horse did tbh

 

Stupid Horse was probably my least favourite on the last album.

 

I kind of hated Doritos and Fritos when it was released but that chorus is so so good

 

This album is fun as hell, haters go pout

 

It’s crazy that this album had three singles and they were all released in different years

 

Dumbest girl alive SOTY

 

The Anthony kiedis line is so fucking funny for some reason

 

The THX intro already had me laughing like 10 seconds into the album lol

 

I’ve really come around to it too

 

Album rules, every song is cool
