Man, I’m gonna be really let down if the BCR song ended up not being Dance With Me. I’ve built up the hype in my head too much. It’s gotta be it though with that leaked track listing, right?!


EDIT: my thinking is I’d rather hear a take on a song from BCR that I know is good vs a song they tried to create in the vein of BCR more recently.

Some tours won’t be offered to artists without it. Ryan from YC talked about it some in that thread. It’s an interesting dynamic of who has the power in these situations.

 

People wanna see these artists, and it's a shame the ticket conglomerates know they can use that to their advantage.

 

I know this isn't for Blink, but when I was purchasing my tickets for jimmy eat world, the milwaukee date wasn't done through ticketmaster. It was through etix. I wonder how that works? Seems like the rave always used etix for the shows ive gone to. Point being though, it was a different experience than say buying my tickets for yellowcard.

 

I think certain venues have arrangements with particular ticket services. For example, rocket field house in Cleveland always uses seatgeek, even for the blink tour that’s where tickets went through.

 

Have the TOYPAJ on shuffle rn and gotta say that Reckless Abandon going straight to Rock Show sparked some new excitement for that song in me lol.That transition works so well.

I only paid $20 in Ticketmaster fees for my Cure ticket. So that’s definitely weird.

 

That is for 4 tickets so sounds about the same

 

Blink should take a page out of their hero Robert Smith’s book and fight back against these fees.

At first glance I assumed 80 was for one ticket before fees to be fair lol

 

I like blink but I dont think I have ever seen them stand up for anything big like this. Mark seems to be quite the pacifist.

 

Tour's essentially sold out, they don't need to care. Mark basically said "tough luck, it sucks" when he posted he had trouble buying tickets at on-sale.

 

Yeah can we stop pretending blink exists in 2023 for anything but money lol (which i’m fine with btw)
