Extrapolations is getting some real bad reviews.

 

I hope Fraser's success makes execs at Warner feel stupid for canceling his movie, but that's assuming they have the capacity for self awareness

 

All they care about is commercial success. They won’t care.

 

Whose gonna capitalize on Fraser first, Universal with a Mummy sequel or Disney with a George Of the Jungle and/or Encino Man sequel?

 

I hope he doesn't. As much as I have zero interest in seeing The Whale, I'd want him to pick up more, er, prestigious roles.

 

No one wants a bedazzled sequel?

 

I love Encino Man. Needs no sequel. Id be down for more The Mummy though

A League of Their Own FINALLY got renewed for a second and final season. Only 4 episodes though!

Apparently, the issue was Sony's ridiculous licensing fees for repurposing their IP.

 

Lol that cast is bizarre.

 

Finally just got booted from Netflix. Back to a life of piracy I go

big damn. i'm not totally caught up with the season, but the few episodes i've seen have been pretty great. bummer.

 

Sony reduced their licensing fee in an effort to help make the second season happen. Sony’s not at fault here

 

I dont think anyone is blaming Sony. But I'm guessing that for a show with such a large ensemble cast, and not too much viewership with it's first season, it's tough for a studio to justify paying such high costs for minimal returns. Even if Sony did reduce their licensing fee I'm sure it's still a pretty penny.

Shame, I loved the first season. But just happy it's coming back at all.

 

Oh. I did watch that whole show, but I couldn’t tell you anything that happened in it at this point. Cool?

 

Wasn't King of Staten Island based on Davidson's life? We really need another thing based on Pete lol

 

that was like super super loosely based on it I think? I mean his dream in that movie is to become a tattoo artist so yeah super close to his real life.

 

This is like the third trailer I have seen and I still have no idea what this show is about besides Kiefer doing Kiefer stuff. It still looks fun and I will watch.
