I read this poster 5 times in a row to see if I was having some sort of mental break

    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

I thought there would be some fans of the McElroys in here, but I guess I was wrong to assume that lol

They're podcasts. My Brother, My Brother and Me and The Adventure Zone

    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

My girlfriend likes them, the podcast is pretty fun!

Also bummed that Counting Crows/Dashboard is the same day I'm going to Chicago for Boygenius, but all good.

Just saw that Frank Turner is opening the Counting Crows/DC tour too.

California, Nevada and Arizona ahead of his Lost Evening shows. Really hope he plays Riot Fest too!

When I went to the website I didn’t even see the MGM Northfield date for counting crows and dashboard. I now wish it wasn’t coming here at all — the show will be too rich for my blood being in that venue. Oh, well.

Only on the shows DC will not be playing.

I knew who they were - got the same email this morning. You're not alone!

The NY date has all three. Not sure about other dates though.

They already went to that market, but if the 1975 play red rocks, I'm dropping everything and will be financially irresponsible to get tickets to that show.

Is it confirmed that they're coming back for more dates? I half expected this to be it for a while as far as non-festival US dates go.

Yep multiple times by Matty. They usually do 2-3 North American tours for an album.

Strange because that's in direct conflict with the info CC put out. Frank Turner's socials also says he's only playing California/Arizona/Nevada.

Ah you're probably right then! I was going off of what Consequence posted but they're known for their typos.

Yeah I can't see Frank Turner playing a lot of these dates as I believe he's doing his own tour with The Interrupters.

shout out to MO and JEW for already announcing who would be closing each dates since they’re rotating. allows folks to plan accordingly

I think it's how the ticketing link presents the show. So, for example, the NYC Summerstage date on Ticketmaster is "Manchester Orchestra & Jimmy Eat World"

  22. Got it. So looks like Jimmy closes out the Utah date.

I like both bands but it's wild to me that MO has a bigger draw these days in NYC (even if I have to concede it's true).

I’m surprised that this is a coheadline. MO played a show in Stroudsburg (I know it’s a B market) but there was maybe 500 people there max. Plus feel like they will play two different sets unless Jimmy goes with their lengthier and more atmospheric tunes.

I feel like MO definitely has the bigger draw in Michigan these days
